The Adliora Work-Life Balance Pledge.

Made publicly and on the record by the founder, July 2026. Balance written into policy rather than promised at interview.

Adliora pledges that

1. Meetings live inside a core window from 10.00 to 15.00 UK time. Outside it, people arrange their working day around their lives and their concentration.

2. The right to disconnect is real. A message sent in the evening carries no expectation of a reply before morning, and out of hours silence is never held against anyone.

3. We measure outcomes, not hours. There is no time tracking, no presenteeism and no prizes for being seen online late.

4. Flexible working is a day one right, approached with a presumption in favour of yes.

5. Workload is planned so that remote working never becomes invisible overwork, and raising the alarm early is treated as good judgement.

6. Leave means leave. Nobody is contacted on holiday, and cover is arranged so rest stays rest.

7. We meet in person where it genuinely earns the journey, and nowhere else.
