Trust and assurance
The facts a reviewer asks for.
A regulated firm is entitled to know exactly who it is dealing with before it shares anything. This page states the position plainly, and where a fuller document exists we say so rather than summarising it away.
The company
Adliora Limited is a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 17155734, with its registered office at Arden Hall, Brooklands Road, Sale M33 3SJ. The company was incorporated on 14 April 2026 as Heracles CS Limited and changed its name to Adliora Ltd on 23 July 2026. The change of name is recorded at Companies House and the company number is unchanged, so the register shows the full history rather than a fresh start.
The firm is led by its founder and sole director, Saqib Khan, who has practised and judged, with a career in the legal profession and legal technology. A fuller career history is on LinkedIn.
Adliora is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office as a data controller, registration ZC138723. It is a management consultancy. It is not a law firm, it is not regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, and its deliverables are governance, operational and commercial assessments rather than legal advice.
How an engagement runs
Every engagement starts with a written confirmation of the scope, the deliverable, the inputs we need, the assumptions behind the price and anything excluded, at a fixed fee agreed before work begins. Our standard terms of business, document reference ADL-TOB-001, are provided with every proposal, and engagements are delivered under a consultancy services agreement, reference ADL-CSA-001. You keep the deliverable and the working record whether or not you instruct us again.
Where a piece of work turns up a question that needs formal legal advice, we identify it plainly and work alongside your regulated legal adviser rather than around them.
How client information is handled
Our delivery does not normally require access to client matter files. We work from conversations with the people you choose, your policies, and your supplier contracts. Where we do handle personal data, it is processed only within the environments, accounts and processors approved for the engagement, with our core environment being Microsoft 365, and it is retained and deleted to the periods published in our privacy policy.
Our own use of AI is governed by our published responsible AI policy, reference ADL-RAI-001. Under that policy we maintain a register of approved AI tools, we do not put client information into tools that train on their inputs, no AI output leaves the firm without human review, and you can instruct us in writing to restrict or exclude AI use in your engagement.
Where any provider processes data outside the United Kingdom, the transfer is covered by the safeguards the law requires, and we will walk your data protection lead through the specific data flow for your engagement before anything is shared.
Security and standards
The firm runs a small, tightly controlled technology estate rather than a sprawling one, and treats that as its main security advantage. We have completed the Cyber Essentials question set and are preparing the submission for certification. Our data protection policy, record of processing activities and related governance documents follow a controlled ADL document series, and the version history of every published policy, including the company's change of name, is recorded on the policies page rather than rewritten.
What we will show you
Procurement and due diligence questions are welcome, and the honest answer to a question we have not yet been asked is better than a boilerplate pack. Ask for the terms of business, the data flow for your engagement, or the approved AI tools register, and address anything else to governance@adliora.com. We reply within one working day.
Due diligence
Ask us the hard questions.
Send your supplier questionnaire or your specific concerns and we will answer them directly, in writing.
