Pledge
The Adliora Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Pledge.
Made publicly and on the record by the founder, July 2026. What follows is not aspiration. Each line is a promise you can test us against.
Adliora pledges that
1. We hire on capability alone. Every role is advertised with its salary or fee range stated, interviews follow a structured format scored against the work itself, and no candidate is asked to explain a gap in their career.
2. Geography, mobility and caring responsibilities will not decide who can work here. Every role is remote first and open across the United Kingdom.
3. Reasonable adjustments are funded without ceremony and without a qualifying process. A person who needs something to do their best work gets it.
4. Parental leave is treated with equal seriousness whoever takes it, across maternity, paternity and shared parental leave.
5. Discrimination, harassment and victimisation have no place here, whatever the source, including clients. Concerns raised in good faith are acted on without detriment, and the founder, a former judge, is personally accountable for this standard.
6. Pay is equitable from the first hire. Same role, same range, reviewed annually.
7. We will report honestly as we grow. When the team reaches ten people, we will publish our diversity data publicly, and until then this pledge stands as our public record.
