AI Strategy Sprint for law firms.
For a firm ready to act and wanting a clear plan for the year ahead. An indicative fee of £4,750 plus VAT, fixed in writing before any work starts, with the deliverable set out on one page you keep.
What you get
- A one day structured workshop with your leadership team, working through where AI fits your practice, what your clients now expect and what your duties permit.
- A written twelve month AI roadmap setting out the quick wins, the medium term priorities and the compliance considerations behind each one.
- A clear view of the order in which to act, so the firm moves without overreaching and keeps earning while it changes.
- A record of what was decided and why, which becomes the firm's answer when a client, an insurer or the regulator asks how AI was adopted.
Who it suits
The sprint suits a firm that has already decided AI is coming and wants the partners to agree a direction in a day rather than in a year of ad hoc trials. It works best after a readiness audit, though a firm with a clear picture of its own position can start here.
How it runs
When you get in touch we reply within one working day and arrange a short call to understand your firm and the question in front of it. There is no charge for that conversation and no obligation to go further.
Before any work starts you receive a written confirmation setting out the scope, the deliverable, the inputs we need from you, the assumptions behind the price and anything excluded. The inputs are deliberately light. We work from short conversations with the people you choose, your policies and your supplier contracts, arranged around your diary, and our delivery does not normally require access to client matter files.
The price agreed in writing before you instruct us is the price you pay, whatever the work turns out to involve. If we do not deliver what that document says we will deliver, you do not pay for it. Travel, where it applies, is charged at cost and agreed in advance.
The fee
£4,750plus VAT, indicative and fixed in writing
Figures are indicative and fixed in writing before work begins. VAT registration has been applied for, so VAT is added to invoices from the date HMRC confirms the number. Adliora is a management consultancy, not a law firm, and its deliverables are governance, operational and commercial assessments rather than legal advice.
Common questions
Does the whole partnership need to attend?
The people who will make the decisions should be in the room. For most small firms that is the partners and the practice manager. A day of their time is the input the sprint asks for.
Is the roadmap a technology plan?
It is a plan for the firm. Technology sits inside it alongside policy, training, client communication and supervision, because those are what decide whether adoption is safe and profitable.
