The Adliora Environmental Pledge.

1. We measure from the start. Our material emissions are measured from the first year of trading under the GHG Protocol, using DEFRA conversion factors, with year one as our published baseline.

2. We report although nobody makes us. Our size exempts us from mandatory carbon reporting, and we publish an annual carbon report anyway, because a firm that sells measurement should submit to it.

3. Our targets face independent validation. We will submit our commitment letter to the Science Based Targets initiative within twenty four months of our first full trading year, for validation against a 1.5 degree pathway.

4. We design travel out rather than offsetting it away. Remote first working removes commuting from our footprint, meetings happen in person only where they earn the journey, and we travel by rail where practical.

5. We are honest about AI's energy cost. In every engagement we assess and document the projected carbon footprint of the AI systems we recommend, and we prefer efficient models sized to the task over the largest model available.

6. Our equipment works for its living. Hardware runs on power saving settings, is kept in service for as long as it performs, and is disposed of responsibly at end of life.

7. Targets only tighten. We review our reduction targets annually and strengthen them where the data allows. They do not move the other way.
